Cay’s Bison Queso
Ingredients
- 1 lb 1 package Great Range Ground Bison
- 16 oz Mexican Velveeta cheese
- 16 oz Container fresh salsa
- ½ Bunch of cilantro finely chopped

Brown the ground bison as you would for tacos, on the stovetop.

Put cooked ground bison, cheese, salsa, and cilantro in a crockpot on low for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
