Ingredients

  • 1 lb 1 package Great Range Ground Bison
  • 16 oz Mexican Velveeta cheese
  • 16 oz Container fresh salsa
  • ½ Bunch of cilantro finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground bison as you would for tacos, on the stovetop.

  2. Put cooked ground bison, cheese, salsa, and cilantro in a crockpot on low for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.

  3. Serve with your favorite chips!
