Bison Burgers
When it comes to burgers, nothing grills better than bison. This delicious and easy bison burger recipe is perfect to take your next cookout to the next level.
The secret to keeping your bison burgers from crumbling is to not move or flip them before it’s time. Let the bison burger cook for 3-4 minutes on the first side to ‘set’ the bottom layer, then quickly flip and cook for 2-3 minutes on the other side. We recommend cooking 2-3 minutes per side for rare or 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare.
