Bison Breakfast Burgers

Mornings call for something hearty, flavorful, and easy to pull together, and these bison breakfast smash burgers check every box. Made with Great Range ground bison, each patty cooks up tender and rich, with just the right balance of savory and slightly sweet from the caramelized onion and brown sugar.

Bison is a natural fit for breakfast. It’s lean, high in protein, and packed with iron, helping you start the day with lasting energy. When smashed onto a hot skillet, it develops a beautifully crisp edge while staying juicy inside, making it perfect for pairing with classic breakfast favorites like eggs, bacon, and toasted bagels.

Whether you’re cooking for a weekend brunch or switching up your weekday routine, these burgers bring bold flavor to the table without feeling heavy, just a solid, satisfying way to start your day.
