Our 2nd place winner of the first ever Great Range Bison recipe contest are these amazing meatloaf burgers, and we are just crazy about this new recipe. Our guest judge, Felicia from The Starving Chef had this to say about it:
These burgers held up really well on the grill and resulted in thick, juicy patties – the pretzel buns and Swiss cheese were great additions to the bison burger too!
