Bison Sloppy Joes

When it comes to easy dinner nights, nothing is simpler than the classic sloppy joe! If you’ve ever wanted to try bison but aren’t sure where to start, this is a great recipe to begin with. It combines the familiar flavor of sloppy joes with lean, protein-packed bison.

Bison makes a great base for sloppy joes—not only is the lower fat content a health-conscious choice, but the lower grease content also helps the meat bind better with the tomato-based sauce, resulting in an even more flavorful sandwich.

Whether you simmer or slow cook, these sloppy joes are sure to become a staple in your weeknight routine.
