Sidney Tay-TseTechnical Service Director

    Sidney began her career conducting analytical testing in laboratories, which later expanded into Food Safety and Quality Assurance for companies such as Coleman Natural Products, BC Natural Foods, and Double J Meat Packing. Her educational background includes an MS in Continuous Improvement and a BS in Microbiology, with emphasis in Chemistry and Medical Technology. Sidney came to work for Rocky Mountain Natural Meats in 2018, bringing her extensive knowledge in Food Safety and leadership skills to our Quality Assurance team.
