Ingredients

  • 4 lbs bison pot roast
  • 1 can beer (12oz)
  • 14 oz bottle of ketchup
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 4-6 rolls

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the sugar, beer and ketchup.

  2. Put the bison pot roast into your crock pot and pour mixture over the top.

  3. Cook on high 6-8 hours or until you can easily cut on shred the bison meat with a fork.

  4. Serve shredded BBQ bison on fresh rolls.

We recommend serving with a green salad and corn on the cob.
