Ground bison is naturally lean and full of flavor. It is a breeze to prepare in this delicious southwest inspired cowboy spaghetti.
Boil spaghetti until just tender. Drain and rinse under cold water.
Preheat oven to 350°.
In a large skillet, cook ground bison, onion, bell peppers and garlic over medium heat until bison loses its pink color.
Stir in tomato sauce, creamed corn, salt and pepper. Bring to a simmer stirring often.
In a baking dish, combine cooked spaghetti, bison mixture, and 1 cup of parmesan cheese. Toss to mix and then sprinkle remaining cheese over top.
Bake until sauce is bubbling, about 30 minutes.
