    Favorite Great Range Product/Recipe: 10 oz Bison Ribeye- Rub Steaks with olive oil (preferably from Sicily) dust with Kosher salt and lemon pepper. Grill steaks at 325 degrees for 6-8 minutes then remove. Let them rest for 5 minutes. Resting allows the natural juices to settle for enhanced flavor.

    Fun Fact: I have family members that grow olives in Sicily for olive oil production.
